Anyone opening the link can view the card, swap between uploaded outfits, and check info — but the link itself can't be used to edit or delete it. If you're signed in and saved it to your Collection, you can edit or delete it any time from there; if you shared it while signed out, it stays as posted since there's no owner account to manage it from.
